The course of the point is dictated by 3 pendulums (or in this case, 3 oscilloscopes) on the x,y and the z plane . . .  so you can plot the relationships between any 3 waveforms, graphs, people, events, trends, whatever . . . and it's real beautiful like. . . . this is an update of the original based on a program written for kathy hinde. Derek And Norma Olden will let you mix two video clips together with the greatest of ease . . .
upated on this was a bit i put in for kathy. One of the video pods can now be turned into a live video manipulator, and you can record off and feed it in the other video mixer, mixing between firewire inputs, webcams, folders of film clips, video loops, whatever . . .
also the 'mixing' part of Derek And Norma Olden has been updated . . . allowing not just basic mixing but also loads of compositing and quicktime mixing options too . . . A work in progress but it'll be updated soon, and often.


KEYBOARD SAMPLE TRIGGER

. . . a simple sampler. Map sounds onto your computer keyboard for easy triggering . . .This was originally knocked together for a bunch of students who wanted to easily load and trigger sounds from a laptop during a theatre production . . . but its good for quick triggering of samples with minimum fannying around, whatever your job. Oh yes, it's got some nifty IATMJ effects built into it too . . .

MARKOV CHAINER

. . . type in or paste in the text of a book and the Marcov Chainer will re-write it for you . . . instructions on the screen . . . feed in two different texts and it'll mix and mash 'em together for you . . . Word to the motherland!

at the moment it works only with text . . .but that is not enough for IATMJ . . .  shortly you'll be able to do it with music, pictures and smells . . . watch this space . . .

. . .bring footage in from a firewire camera, folder or webcam . . . change movie formats, edit on the fly . . .

The sort of things you can't do in quicktime for free anymore . . .  (we'll shortly put up the 'Quicktime reverser' a lil app that saves a reversed version of whatever movie you drop into it, something else Quicktime has never been able to do) . . .
